Hans Rosielle has an extensive understanding of real estate and customer needs related to real estate. In his years managing a large real estate office there is not much he has not seen. In those years he accomplished turning his office into the office with the best results in the company.
Before getting his license (2001) Hans worked as a business relationship manager at a bank in the Netherlands. In this position he acquired a good understanding of mortgage/loan products, further enhanced once he entered the real estate industry in the USA.
Being from the Netherlands, Hans believes in old world values and service, which is reflected in his Fixed Fee system of commissions, that is a front runner in the industry.
