To access SentriLock lockboxes, you’ll need an active SentriLock key subscription. Please note that SentriConnect is not available for elevateMLS users.
Good news—elevateMLS offers SentriLock reciprocity with SMDRA, MMAR, DMAR, and IRES. If you already have a SentriLock subscription through one of these organizations, your current key will work with elevateMLS lockboxes.
If you don’t have an active subscription through one of these partners, simply select the MLS Service with Lockbox and Key Service option when signing up.

- Click "Electronic Application" to receive the Subscriber forms via our transaction management software, which will allow you to fill out and sign the forms electronically.
- If you are joining elevateMLS™ (formerly PPMLS™), you will be responsible for adhering to the elevateMLS Rules and Regulations. Review the elevateMLS rules here.
You must be licensed to practice Real Estate in the state of Colorado. PLEASE NOTE: Your Employing Broker is required to be an elevateMLS Participant. If your Employing Broker is not an elevateMLS Participant, your application request will not be processed.
