Since June of 2011 Daniel Pitrone has been a licensed Realtor®, and a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR) and a former member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Daniel earned his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) in 2016.
Mr. Pitrone is a member of the Artisan Group, a top performing residential real estate team at Keller Williams Premier, the Downtown Colorado Springs Keller Williams office.
Daniel's primary strength is in residential sales and he has assisted a few clients with commercial transactions. He also has significant experience in property management and investing. Mr. Pitrone's main goal and focus is helping those around him, agents and clients alike, achieve their goals, he enjoys the variety of people he has the ability to assist and the unique situations he helps them solve. Whether it is helping an agent grow their business, a family buy or sell a home, or helping an investor find the next investment, Daniel is always ready, willing and capable to assist.
Before starting with The Artisan Group, Daniel was a top performing solo agent at Keller Williams Premier and a founding member and Team Leader (CEO) at KW Premier. Prior to that, from 2015-2017, Daniel was a co-founding member of S3 Realty, a residential real estate brokerage. Mr. Pitrone was a property manager at Dorman Property Management from 2011 through 2013. Before his career in Real Estate Daniel held various positions with other companies which gave him exposure to landscape design, plumbing, electrical work, construction and other pertinent skills which have given him an edge in the real estate field.
